A very pretty city surrounded by waterways. I always love a place with lots of ferries, but more so when the destinations include other countries. There are huge ferries to Sweden and Denmark from here, a much quicker way of travel than road or rail. It's a city full of artistic statues, sculptures and gardens, proving that you don't have to have a military theme to decorate your plazas and roundabouts. The new opera house is in the form of an iceberg, but, no, it will not rival Sydney's.
